Downstairs
Our elegant 3 bedroom house caters comfortably for a family of 6, possibly more. The garden path leads to
the covered porch with wooden patio furniture and BBQ. The house is fitted with airconditioning (provides heating in
winter) in EVERY room except bathrooms, alarm system and elegant furnishings throughout. Open the front door to:

the spacious living area. Here you can see the leather seats, glass tables and beautiful wooden cabinet which houses
the digital TV, sound system and DVD plus shelving for books, games and more. The passage behind leads to downstairs bathroom,
bedroom and staircase.

The carpet provides contrast to the marble tiles throughout the house. The leather sofa and chairs are easily wiped. Shelf
rack for books, puzzles, maps. Of course, the picture does not show the pool & beach accessories such as foldup
chairs and umbrella located behind the sofa.

A dream kitchen, ideal for familes or entertaining. We have young children so we need to be able to prepare nutritous
meals (quickly of course!) - fully fitted with almost everything, including hob, kettle, toaster, blender, food processor,
microwave with combination oven and dishwasher. The counter can seat up to 6 people. From the kitchen you
can see the pool through the window or watch TV with the rest of the family!

The bedroom overlooks the palmtree in the garden, giving it a tranquil, private feel. Headboards and feather
pillows throughout all the bedrooms make for comfortable reading and sleeping. All bedrooms have built in cupboards with
hanging (wooden hangers) and shelf space.
Finally the downstairs bathroom has a shower, toilet, basin and top loading washing machine.
